Cultured Cubs have free healthcare. If you need to have something repaired on your cub, contact us so we can send you a shipping label. You will just have to cover their flight to or headquarters to get them repaired.

These are plushies that you can send in yourself to be turned into a cultured cub, or we can acquire an ethically sourced cultured cub for your convivence. 

How long does it take to make a cultured cub?

The processing time to make a custom cultured cub is 4 to 7 business day upon placed order. 

How long does it take to ship a cultured cub? 

The shipping time for a cultured cub varies on the distance. You will be emailed a tracking # once your cultured cub has been shipped off to you.
